Transparency in the use of artificial intelligence

Our principle

Star2Com uses artificial intelligence as a tool to support people. Editorial, professional and decision-making responsibility remains human. We do not present automatically generated information as certain without a level of review proportionate to the context.

Website content

Some content may be developed with the support of generative tools for preliminary research, organisation, translation or initial drafting. It is reviewed by appointed personnel before publication. Where synthetic or manipulated content falls within the transparency obligations established by law, it is identified clearly and appropriately.

Interaction with users

The website does not currently use a conversational assistant that presents itself as a person. Should one be introduced, users will be clearly informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. Commercial enquiries submitted through the form are handled by people.

CFO AI

CFO AI is a support system for financial and management control. It can organise data, highlight signals and prepare scenarios, but it does not replace the judgement of the entrepreneur, accountant or adviser. Decisions remain the responsibility of the user and must be verified against the company’s source data.

Learning Studio

Learning Studio is an independent platform supporting instructional design. It helps collect sources, extract content and build learning paths, while the lecturer remains responsible for verifying sources, making educational choices and approving materials.

Growth Engine

Growth Engine is a support system for marketing and business development. It helps identify topics worth communicating, prepare draft content and keep a register of companies to contact, recording the source of every piece of information. It does not collect profiles automatically and publishes nothing without a person’s approval. Contact scores add up recorded signals and are not predictions: commercial decisions remain with people.

Star2Com Work AI

Star2Com Work AI is a work environment in which several artificial intelligence agents collaborate on documents, tasks and workflows. It runs on an open language model executed locally, on the company’s own computers, and in its standard configuration does not send content to cloud services. It can consult documents stored on the computer without modifying them. Generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and must be checked by a person before use.

Human oversight, data and security

• The functions and limitations of the system must be communicated to users.
• Personal data must be processed in accordance with the GDPR and documented instructions.
• Important outputs require human verification.
• Errors or unexpected results must be reportable.
• Personnel involved receive appropriate guidance on the responsible use of AI.
